Upgraded Win 7 to Win 8
Win 8 did some upgrades. After reboot it goes straight into recovery mode but fails with error 0x000021a.
No recovery option works.
Windows 7에서 Windows 8으로 업그레이드하고 재부팅 후 바로 복구 모드로 들어갔음에도 0x000021a 에러를 발생하였습니다. 그리고 다른 복구 옵션도 작동하지가 않습니다.

Although we do not support such issue, I have also done the reasearch and find that 0xC000021A error occurs when either Winlogon.exe or Csrss.exe fails. You can try the steps mentioned in the following KB and check the results.
