I'm having trouble with Windows 8 Enterprise activation. When I try to activate Windows, I receive the following error:

Steps I've completed so far:

1. downloaded Windows 8 Enterprise x64 iso image from partner site
2. burned the iso image to DVD and installed it on Dell Inspiron laptop
3. input the partner product key via command line (slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx)

unfortunately your proposed solution did not work (same 0xD0000452 error message again) but I managed to activate the product via telephone.

I initiated a chat with Microsoft Support and the support engineer suggested to run the following command:

slui.exe 4

This command brings up the activation by telephone dialog window (I could not access it via activation center), and the phone activation worked flawlessly.
